How much does it cost?
The initial consultation from Celera Networks is FREE! We have flexible competitive rates, our per hour, project or contract agreements can be tailored to your exact needs:
- Competitive hourly rate or per project based pricing helps you understand the direct impact of one project at a time.
- Annual Service Agreements:
- Unlimited Flat Fee "Celera Complete" Contract – This contract option is most preferred by our clients as it provides for a flat fee unlimited support to cover all your network maintenance on servers, workstations, networking devices and all other hardware and software over a 1 year term. Price per month is based on the number of workstations and servers. Pricing is based on your office configuration and starts as low as $199 per system.
- Support on Demand "Celera Light" Contract – This contract includes a set number of hours per month at a discounted rate for a 1 year term. If at any time the number of billable hours exceeds the number of credited hours, you will be billed for the difference accordingly at our standard hourly rate. Unused monthly hours will be rolled over to the next month and do not expire for the 12 month term.
- Timeblock contract – This contract includes a set number of hours prepaid at our discounted rate and has no monthly minimum or expiration date. Prices start at $950 per block.
The cost of a project will vary widely, depending on the work to be done and the estimated amount of time. A proposal will be provided to the customer for approval with a flat-fee cost based on an estimated number of hours of labor to complete the project.
How do ‘rollover’ hours work?
Rollover hours occur only in Support on Demand contracts. They are unused hours that are owed to the client and can be credited towards future work when needed.
Do you guarantee your work?
At Celera Networks, we take pride in delivering outstanding and timely service to our clients. If you are ever unsatisfied with our work, we will correct the situation at no additional charge.
Are your technicians and engineers qualified?
Yes! We only employ technicians and engineers that have completed extensive education and certifications related to the technology they work with. In addition, we provide a comprehensive training program to all new employees as well as insure they maintain and increase their knowledge base through continuing education.
What response time do you offer?
Celera Networks offers instant access to a help desk line during normal business hours (9 A.M. – 5 P.M., M-F). With an annual service agreement, we provide a remote response within an hour and, if necessary, an on-site response within four hours. Weekend/Holiday support is available as well.
What type of computers and technology do you support?
We support all types of computers, operating systems and technology. This includes but is not limited to all Windows Operating systems, Linux/Variants, MacOS, MS-DOS, IBM OS/2 Warp, Unix/Variants, printers, PDA’s, Laptops, network peripherals, etc.
Will my information and data remain confidential?
Confidential information disclosed to Celera Networks will be kept solely between you and our staff. We are in compliance with Massachusetts State Regulations for handling and storing all proprietary data and all of your company’s information will be kept confidential. All proprietary files and data are erased upon completion of our services so that none of your company’s sensitive data remains on our systems.
