Remote monitoring does not interfere with your day-to-day activities. It is a variety of software programs that run in the background, protecting you from viruses, backing up your files and more.
How often do you back-up data?
Frequency of data back-up will vary, depending on the amount of files you manage on a day-to-day basis. Back-ups can range anywhere from several times a day to once a week.
How long does it take to recover lost data?
This is dependent upon each hard drive that the data must be recovered from. All situations differ, but we will be able to provide you a time range when you present us with your situation. Most recovery efforts can be completed within 1-3 hours.
